- Insert a custom booking calendar where users can schedule calls directly
- Collect e-signatures, file uploads, videos, payments, and more
- Automate email notifications, Slack messages, and other workflows for every submission
- Generate filled PDFs using respondents’ answers automatically
How to add a Fillout form to your app

Connect to Fillout
In the chat box, request your app to be integrated with Fillout or click the 
plug icon on the top right. Then, sign in to your account.plus icon + in the chat box to connect.2
Select a form
Choose the form you’d like to collect responses with.
Some Fillout features like e-signatures require a paid Fillout plan. A paid Zite plan does not include access to paid Fillout features.

Choose embed type and location
Zite automatically chooses a Default embed type depending on the look and intended function of your app. To change this, click 
Default in the lower right.4
Deploy and share
Complete the Fillout form in your app to ensure everything’s working properly.
Publish in the upper right corner and share your app.Common use cases
