How it works
Connecting your app to Gmail lets you send automated emails whenever key actions happen, using your own Gmail address as the sender. This makes notifications feel personal and trustworthy, since they come directly from your email account (e.g., miranda@local.gov or miranda@gmail.com). You can also view and manage emails directly in your app. By connecting Gmail, you can:- Send emails automatically when users sign up, submit forms, or trigger events
- Use your Gmail address as the sender for consistent branding and recognition
- Personalize emails by populating contact names, order details, links, and more
- Schedule recurring emails for reports, summaries, reminders, and updates
- View emails directly in your app, including replies, conversations, and attachments
- Manage emails in your app by adding labels, archiving, deleting, and more
- Apply changes to multiple emails at once using batch actions
