Workspaces appear in the Zite dashboard side menu. Open a workspace to launch its database, apps, forms, and user settings. From the workspace header, you can edit the workspace name, open workspace actions, start a chat, or use New to add another app or form when the project needs another surface. You can also share a workspace link with co-workers so they can open the same project.

Organize workspaces into sections

On the Team plan, organization admins can create sections in the dashboard side menu to group related workspaces. For example, you might create sections for departments, clients, or projects so people can find the right workspace more quickly.
1

Open the Workspaces menu

In the dashboard side menu, click the ••• next to Workspaces, then select New section.
2

Name the section

Enter a name for the group, then click Continue.
3

Choose workspaces

Select the workspaces to add. You can search the list when your organization has many workspaces.
4

Create the section

Click Create section. The new section and its workspaces appear in the side menu for everyone in the organization.
To change your sections later, open the ••• menu next to Workspaces and select Manage workspaces. Workspaces that are not assigned to a custom section remain in the Workspaces section.
Sections are shared across the organization and can only be created or managed by an organization admin. Starring workspaces and reordering them within a section are personal settings, so your changes do not affect anyone else’s side menu.

Star and reorder workspaces

Star a workspace to add it to your personal Starred section at the top of the workspace list. You can also drag workspaces within a section to arrange them in the order that works best for you.
