Choose the right type of access

User Groups grant access to several organization members at once. Roles control database permissions by table and action.

Open the Users area and manage editors or the people who use each app.

Give organization members Use Access to an internal app.

Grant access and permissions to several organization members at once.

Choose which database tables and actions a role can access.

Make an app available to people outside your organization.

Choose how external users sign in and who can sign up.
