Subscription plans

Subscription plans control the limits and features available to your Zite organization. Plan tiers set how many workspaces you can create, along with monthly credits, database record limits, workflow runs, custom domains, and branding options. The apps and forms inside a workspace are unlimited on every plan.

Scale subscriptions

Scale subscriptions are designed for larger teams that need higher usage limits and advanced controls. Team and Enterprise plans include granular app sharing, user groups, enforced two-factor authentication, and unlimited brand kits. Enterprise organizations can also request controls such as audit logs, organization SSO, and an organization-wide AI kill switch.

A workspace is one Zite database, along with the apps and forms built on it. Your plan sets how many workspaces your organization can have, while the apps and forms inside them are unlimited. The workspaces you already have keep working even if you are over your plan’s number—the limit applies to creating a new workspace, and takes effect on September 15, 2026. Deleting a workspace frees its slot immediately.

Databases have a record limit that is tied to your Apps plan. This limit controls the total number of records you can store across all Zite databases in your organization, not per workspace.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

Click here to view your Billing & usage settings, then Modify or Browse plans.

In the next screen, click Choose plan.

Increase or decrease monthly credits

Follow the steps above to update the credit limit of your existing plan. Then, click the credits dropdown to select your new limit followed by Decrease/increase credits.

Cancel your plan

You can cancel your Zite Apps plan without canceling your Fillout Forms plan.

Which plan should I choose?

Choose the plan that matches the usage limits and features your organization needs. For current pricing and the full feature comparison, see the Zite pricing page.

Do all plans include unlimited apps?

Yes. You can build as many apps and forms as you want inside every workspace you have. Databases work differently: each workspace has one database, and your plan sets how many workspaces your organization can create. Plan tiers also set limits for monthly credits, database records, workflow runs, attachment storage, and selected features.

What if I have more workspaces than my plan allows?

Nothing happens to them. Every workspace you already have keeps working as it does today—no workspace is deleted, locked, or downgraded when limits take effect. The limit only applies to creating a new workspace, so you would need to be under your plan’s limit, or upgrade, before adding another one.

I was already on a paid plan. Do workspace limits apply to me?

Organizations with an active paid Zite or Fillout plan when workspace limits take effect on September 15, 2026 keep 2x their plan’s workspace limit for the lifetime of that subscription. There is nothing to claim. If the subscription is canceled, the standard limit for your plan applies.

What happens if I cancel my Apps plan?

Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to the Free tier. See Cancel subscription for cancellation details.

Does canceling Apps also cancel Fillout Forms?

No. You can cancel your Zite Apps plan without canceling your Fillout Forms plan.

Billing & usage

Billing and usage are managed at the organization level. Org admins can open Billing & usage to review usage across the organization.The Usage section shows activity across products, including:

Apps and databases created
Credits used during the current billing period
Credit consumption across all apps
Workflow runs used during the current billing period

On Team and Enterprise plans, the Usage section also has a Limits tab, where admins can see what each member has spent building with AI and cap how much any one person can spend. See AI credit limits.

Credit resets and plan changes

Credits reset every month, at the exact day and time you first subscribed to your paid Apps plan. Annual plans are billed once per year, but credits still refresh monthly on the original subscription day and time. Unused credits do not roll over.

Plan change	What happens
Upgrading from Free	You get the new plan’s full monthly credit allowance immediately. For example, moving from Free to a 100-credit plan gives you access to 100 credits right away, and that upgrade time becomes your new billing and credit reset time.
Upgrading a paid plan	Your monthly credit limit increases immediately, but your credits do not reset. For example, moving from 100 credits/month to 200 credits/month raises your current cycle limit to 200 credits, while your reset date stays the same.
Downgrading a paid plan	The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you downgrade from 200 credits/month to 100 credits/month, you keep the 200-credit limit until the cycle ends. On your next billing date, your limit becomes 100 credits and credits reset for the new cycle.

Where can I see current credit and workflow usage?

Open Billing & usage. Usage is shown at the organization level, and org admins can see credit consumption across apps.

What counts as a credit?

Credits cover usage-based actions such as AI building, the Database Agent, AI fields, generated documents, and some app actions. See How credits work for the full breakdown.

What counts as a workflow run?

A workflow run is one successful execution of a workflow from a published app. Editor runs do not count toward the monthly workflow run limit. Learn more in App Usage.

Can I stop one person from using all our credits?

On Team and Enterprise plans, admins can set a credit limit for the organization and override it for individual members. See AI credit limits.

Can I get more credits before the next reset?

Yes. Upgrade to a higher Apps plan from Billing & usage. If you upgrade from Free, you receive the paid plan’s full monthly allowance immediately. If you upgrade an existing paid plan, your current cycle limit increases, but your reset date stays the same.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset every month and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Annual plans are billed once per year, but credits still refresh monthly on the original subscription day and time. See How credits reset.

How do I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Open Billing & usage, click Browse plans or Modify for the subscription you want to update, then toggle Billed annually on or off.

Can I change my billing date?

Billing dates cannot be edited directly. To change your billing date, downgrade your plan, then upgrade again on your preferred billing date.

Where can I download invoices?

Invoices are available from your Zite billing settings.
